What is CCC Program?

CCC program is designed for individuals or enterprises who want to establish their own social venture. It is an integrated, all-inclusive program designed based on years of experience to make you success career counsellor.

What is the process to get Career Counselling Certification?

Post completion of the program every participant needs to appear in the online examination. Every participant needs to secure a minimum 60% marks in the exam to get certified as career counsellors.

What after I have completed the certification course?

Once you have completed the certification course you can start counseling students and help them maximize their potential. You can either work independently as a counselor or you can work with schools or private organizations on a contractual basis. If you want to become a part of First Sutra’s counsellor team, you can get a chance to work as partner career counselors and help counsel students in various schools and institutions. Therefore along with exceptional training experience,we makes sure our trained counselors are never short of opportunities.

Am I eligible for this program if I do not have a background in career counselling or Psychology?

If you have the desire and willingness to make a difference in student’s life, then yes our CCC program is for you. To become a Career Counsellor in India, you must have at least a graduation degree and a desire to guide students in the right direction.

A degree or professional background in psychology is not mandatory but if you are from a psychology background, consider it an added advantage. Our CCC program enables individuals to enhance their skills as a certified career counselor and help students in making responsible and informed career choices. So it doesn’t matter if you are a corporate professional or a graduate, we, at First Sutra, welcome people from all backgrounds.
